Resident Engagement Associate

The Resident Engagement Associate role is onsite at Highview in the Woodlands in Rockton, IL. Compensation is $18–$21 per hour. What you'll do

• Facilitate person-centered resident engagement programs
• observe, assess, document, and contribute to care and service plans using EMR systems
• support group and one-on-one participation
• foster a safe, inclusive, dementia-friendly environment
• collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary colleagues
• participate in training and maintain certifications.
