What you'll do

• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and workplace issues during assigned off shifts
• investigate complaints, concerns, and policy violations
• conduct interviews and document findings
• facilitate conflict resolution
• coach supervisors and managers on employee relations matters
• assist with attendance, performance, conduct, and policy concerns
• support corrective action documentation, onboarding, retention, and incident response
• maintain confidential employee records
• maintain a visible production-floor presence
• support engagement activities and communication across shifts
• identify trends and report findings
• support employment-law and company-policy compliance.
