Specialty Pharmacy Supervisor of Patient Services

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 10 FTEs
• review staff messaging and Epic pools
• support communications and resolve delivery concerns
• guide Pharmacy Liaisons on workflow questions
• monitor prior authorization log activity and TelemetryRx completion
• observe workflows and provide feedback
• support meetings, rollout calls, onboarding, and access requirements
• recommend workflow improvements and promote collaboration across pharmacy teams.
