What you'll do

• Monitor compute and local-area networking resources across data centers, including virtual infrastructure, LAN, virtual servers, storage, and databases
• identify, analyze, triage, troubleshoot, and resolve system alerts
• administer virtual machines, hosts, and devices through vCenter and other management interfaces
• support Windows and Linux virtualization environments
• provide diagnostics, availability monitoring, reporting, and escalation
• respond to end-user technical support requests
• provide first response for technical engineering lanes
• record and track approved configuration changes
• maintain standard operating procedures and operational reports
• coordinate hardware maintenance and replacement with vendors.
