What you'll do

• Support volunteer coaches in leading practices focused on fundamentals, skill development, and fun
• teach and demonstrate core concepts and sportsmanship
• supervise the designated sport’s game-day operation
• build relationships with players, parents, and coaches
• observe, assess, and assist coaches
• promote player safety and provide customer service.
