- Develop RCM strategies, lead RCA, ensure compliance with OMS standards, embed safety philosophy, monitor reliability metrics, use predictive analytics, partner with Technical Training, analyze maintenance patterns, lead technology projects, assess regulatory impacts, prepare reliability reports, provide technical training, stay current with industry trends.
