What you'll do

• Cut, trim, bone, tie, grind, wrap, weigh, label, and price meat
• prepare special cuts, sausage, marinades, and meat-based recipes
• display products attractively
• track grind reports
• receive, inspect, store, rotate, and record meat
• clean and sanitize work areas and equipment
• assist the kitchen with meal preparation and cleaning
• provide counter assistance and register support as needed
• assist the store in meeting financial targets.
