What you'll do

• Oversee daily residential program operations
• supervise, support, and schedule Direct Support Professionals
• respond to resident and staff concerns
• collaborate with clinical leadership
• ensure documentation, audits, and compliance with DBHDS, DMAS, ASAM, and organizational standards
• support admissions, medication administration oversight, drug screening, and resident engagement
• conduct safety checks and facility inspections
• oversee inventory and supplies
• provide crisis intervention and on-call coverage as needed
• and lead staff training and development.
