Luxury Residential Project Manager

What you'll do

• Oversee daily construction activities and timelines
• prepare and monitor RFIs, submittals, change orders, and logs using ProCore
• supervise assistant project managers, project engineers, and onsite staff
• manage budgets and cost estimates
• communicate with owners and developers
• inspect sites for safety, specifications, and quality
• resolve construction challenges
• maintain project records.
