What you'll do

• Explain ACA Marketplace plans and plan features
• assess individual and family coverage needs
• guide consumers through applications and enrollment
• provide consultative customer service
• maintain accurate customer and enrollment records
• follow up as required
• meet sales, quality, productivity, and customer experience expectations
• maintain required licenses and credentials
• participate in training and team meetings.
