What you'll do

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum hallways and common areas
• clean vacant apartments, parking areas, sidewalks, alleyways, and management offices
• maintain exterior cleanliness
• remove trash and debris
• assist with lawn care, leaf removal, and snow shoveling as needed
• perform basic plumbing and maintenance tasks
• maintain janitorial equipment and supplies
• follow safety and hazardous-material procedures
• report maintenance, safety, or property concerns.
