What you'll do

• Provide clinical supervision, mentoring, and coaching to social workers, psychologists, and LCATs
• support onboarding and professional development
• consult on cases and monitor fidelity
• guide behavioral and social-emotional supports
• collaborate with educational leaders, teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• review service data and assessments
• and support quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
