What you'll do

• Respond to inbound inquiries by phone, email, and text
• conduct follow-up calls only to people who requested information using approved scripts
• collect basic contact and administrative information without evaluating suitability
• route investment-specific questions to Legal/Compliance or authorized personnel
• schedule and confirm meetings
• maintain CRM records and follow-up queues
• assist with paperwork and document collection
• provide ministerial administrative support for subscriptions, transfers, redemptions, and distributions
• support investor events and track service metrics.
