The Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst role is onsite in Kokomo, IN, with a salary of $60,000–$70,000 per year. Engaging Minds Autism Services provides Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to individuals with autism and related developmental disorders, supporting children and families. The role develops and monitors individualized treatment plans, supervises behavior technicians, and works with families and the broader team to support client progress and quality of care.

What you'll do

• Conduct assessments and reassessments
• develop individualized treatment and transition plans
• provide weekly face-to-face client and Registered Behavior Technician supervision
• analyze data and make care decisions
• train, mentor, and supervise behavior technicians
• lead monthly parent training sessions
• communicate with families
• supervise ABA students as applicable
• attend IEP meetings
• uphold BACB standards and ethical conduct.
