The Food Runner role is onsite in Plano, TX, with pay of $13–$15 per hour. maman is a bakery, café, and lifestyle brand serving baked goods, coffee, breakfast, and lunch. The runner supports a welcoming and efficient dining room by assisting guests, delivering food, maintaining service stations, and keeping guest and team areas clean. The role also helps front- and back-of-house teams coordinate dine-in, delivery, and catering service.

What you'll do

• Welcome and assist guests
• set tables and offer water
• follow service steps
• build rapport with returning guests
• help resolve guest concerns with a team leader
• run food orders to tables during weekday service
• bus items to the back of house
• replenish water and cutlery
• check delivery and catering orders for accuracy and timely dispatch
• restock
• maintain cleanliness
• perform restroom checks and assigned cleaning
• support front- and back-of-house teammates.
