Description

Duties and responsibilities. Greets patients, introduces self, and escorts to exam room. Verifies patient information, medical history, medications, and confirms purpose of visit. Interviews patients, measures vital signs (i.e., pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height), and records information on patients charts (Paper chart or EMR/EHR).
