What you'll do

• Travel among assigned tax sites
• coordinate outreach with site leaders
• engage tax filers and explain available benefits and services
• screen for potential eligibility
• assist with applications, renewals, and documentation
• support Pennsylvania Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program assistance when assigned
• make warm referrals
• follow up on incomplete applications
• document services and outcomes
• obtain and maintain required IRS Basic tax certification
• follow confidentiality and consent procedures.
