What you'll do

• Ensure tenants pay rent in full and on time
• maintain rent rolls and security-deposit and insurance records
• update Yardi and reconcile it with Excel records
• handle maintenance requests within 24 hours
• address tenant complaints and lease compliance
• prepare delinquency and monthly reports
• coordinate lease renewals and building invoices
• monitor service contracts
• work with third-party providers to support asset performance.
