The Technical Customer Service Agent, French/English role is onsite in City of Industry, CA. Pay is $24–$28 per hour. The position supports iBUYPOWER’s Technical Support Department and its growing customer base in Canada. The agent troubleshoots desktop and laptop computer issues and resolves customer-service concerns through written and verbal channels. The role supports customer satisfaction by diagnosing problems, coordinating repairs or parts, and keeping customer records current.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and diagnose personal computer issues
• respond to customer concerns through email tickets, live chat, telephone, SMS, social media, and review sites
• repair or rebuild computers as needed
• escalate issues when appropriate
• issue RMA and parts sales orders
• update customer records and notes
• communicate with customers to request and provide information.
