The Life Enrichment Assistant role is onsite in Grass Valley, California. Starting pay is $19.40–$24.44 per hour. The assistant helps plan and facilitate Wellness Program activities tailored to residents’ preferences, strengths, and life stories. Documentation of participation and engagement supports personalized programming and continuity of care, while collaboration with families, volunteers, and team members helps activities run smoothly and inclusively.

What you'll do

• Assist the Director of Resident Services with planning and facilitating Wellness Program activities
• help create programs adapted to residents’ abilities and preferences
• document interests, participation, and engagement
• maintain attendance records
• set up, operate, and maintain program equipment and technology
• collaborate with volunteers, family members, and team members.
