The Warehouse Operator, Receiving & Forklift Operations role is onsite in Wilmington, NC. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; occasional overtime or modified hours may be required. Compensation is not specified. The operator supports receiving, inventory, material handling, order fulfillment, and shipping at a life sciences logistics campus. The role maintains accurate records, safe handling, traceability, and compliance throughout warehouse activities.

What you'll do

• Receive, unload, inspect, and verify shipments
• enter inventory transactions using warehouse systems and scanners
• perform putaway, replenishment, cycle counts, and reconciliation
• operate powered industrial equipment after training and authorization
• pick, pack, label, stage, document, and load shipments
• maintain product integrity and chain of custody
• follow distribution, manufacturing, OSHA, and customer requirements
• segregate damaged or nonconforming products
• maintain a clean and secure warehouse.
