Project Director, Restoration and Reconstruction

What you'll do

• Conduct site inspections
• prepare and revise reconstruction estimates using Xactimate
• identify change orders and supplemental opportunities
• oversee projects from contract through completion
• coordinate schedules, labor, materials, and subcontractors
• inspect quality and progress
• maintain project documentation
• monitor job costs and budgets
• partner with accounting on billing and collections
• manage client and carrier relationships and claim discussions.
