What you'll do

• Receive and direct fudge and roasted nut batches into the correct chutes, bins, or lines
• monitor product flow and prevent batch mixing
• operate mezzanine equipment
• coordinate timing with production and packaging operators
• lift and move containers weighing up to 50 pounds
• use hand trucks or pallet jacks
• inspect and document batches
• support product changeovers
• follow fall-protection and PPE requirements
• maintain housekeeping and report hazards or equipment issues.
