What you'll do

• Build relationships with nephrologists, hospital discharge planners, nephrology social workers, dialysis clinic managers, and case managers
• conduct educational presentations for healthcare professionals and prospective patients
• develop territory sales plans
• coordinate transitions to home dialysis with clinical staff, patients, and families
• track referral trends and sales activity in the CRM
• attend healthcare expos, conferences, and community events.
