What you'll do

• Coordinate internships and other work-based learning opportunities
• teach and support participants in skill development and pre-vocational training
• develop relationships with families and community stakeholders
• coordinate instruction and services based on individual needs
• secure and steward placement sites
• support onboarding
• provide job coaching and assess progress
• maintain participant records and required reports
• and coordinate program transitions and team collaboration.
