Security & Safety Manager

The Security & Safety Manager role is onsite in Lehi, UT, with a Thursday–Monday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Compensation is $67,000–$70,000 per year. The manager leads the security department’s personnel and operations while participating in on-site patrol and officer duties. The role supports a safe facility through staff training, incident response, emergency preparedness, surveillance oversight, and coordination with merchants and local agencies.

What you'll do

• Direct security work plans and activities
• hire, train, motivate, and evaluate security staff
• schedule employees and monitor time sheets and overtime
• maintain training, uniform, and equipment standards
• track service calls and report incidents
• oversee surveillance and security applications
• build relationships with local police and fire
• plan emergency preparedness training
• respond to incidents
• review officer reports
• fill in for officers as needed
• serve as Manager on Duty on Sundays and as directed.
