Maintenance Technician II

What you'll do

• Perform routine hotel maintenance and repairs
• inspect building systems and equipment
• troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration systems as assigned
• complete preventive maintenance
• respond to guest maintenance requests
• maintain grounds and facility appearance
• follow safety policies
• document work orders and maintenance activity.
