The role of the Lead Direct Support Professional is to help individuals live in their own homes, identify and achieve goals, and improve the quality of their lives. Your role is responsible for providing personal care and helping these individuals to live independently and achieve their goals. Week 1: Sunday 8am-10pm , Wed 3-10pm, Thursday 4-8pm, 3p-10pm.
