What you'll do

• Serve members in person and by telephone
• perform teller and member-services duties
• open, close, and maintain deposit accounts and certificates
• process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other transactions
• assist with consumer loans, credit cards, and mortgage or home-equity preliminary applications
• promote credit union products and services
• balance daily and resolve discrepancies
• maintain records, reports, and required logs
• follow credit union policies and applicable procedures.
