What you'll do

• Monitor and respond to alarms and signals while providing exceptional customer service.
• Make outgoing calls to verify alarms and signals, dispatch authorities, and notify responsible parties.
• Document alarm handling procedures and complete alarm processing as per standard operating procedures.
• Participate in a comprehensive five-week interactive training program designed to prepare you for the role and introduce you to exciting opportunities.
• Maintain the necessary licensing as part of the job requirements.
