What you'll do

• Receive and scan inbound packages
• check incoming packages for condition
• verify bills of lading against received items
• sort packages by building or delivery route
• deliver packages throughout the facility and obtain signatures
• respond to package inquiries
• process outgoing packages
• package outbound material when needed using secure techniques
• monitor shipping supply inventory and order supplies at established levels
• maintain package tracking software and contact providers about software issues
• coordinate delivery trucks
• secure loading dock bay doors
• deliver paper to convenience and printer areas
• coordinate emptying shred bins.
