This role supports residents’ social, recreational, and wellness engagement by helping plan and facilitate activities, outings, and individual programs. It also contributes to resident safety and well-being through observation, reporting, and support for meals and council meetings.

What you'll do

• Assist with planning and implementing recreational, social, and wellness programs
• escort residents to activities and facilitate group and one-on-one programs
• support offsite outings and transportation coordination
• assist in passing resident meals
• observe and report changes in mood, behavior, or engagement
• assist with Resident and Family Council meetings as assigned
• maintain resident dignity, rights, confidentiality, and safety.
