This role exists to develop leadership skills through a structured 12-week program. The incumbent will learn to manage accounts, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with operational and regulatory standards.

What you'll do

• Assist in managing and supervising housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff.
• Learn to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Act as liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff.
