This role grows an assigned market, territory, or customer portfolio by developing new business and expanding existing accounts. It connects customers with AMBAC’s remanufacturing operation from opportunity identification through quoting, closing, delivery, and ongoing account development.

What you'll do

• Develop new remanufacturing business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and customer visits
• grow existing accounts
• build relationships with distributors, fleets, repair facilities, original equipment manufacturers, government customers, and industry partners
• manage territory sales activity
• understand customer applications and purchasing needs
• collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Finance
• prepare quotations and proposals
• negotiate and close opportunities
• maintain the sales pipeline and develop account plans and forecasts
• attend industry events
• monitor market and competitive activity
• support customer onboarding.
