Pay is $17.45–$19.45 per hour, based on experience, performance, and mastery of the Spotless System. The role supports Spotless Cleaning Services’ residential and commercial cleaning work. The position combines cleaning assignments, coverage between jobs, and training new technicians. It helps maintain consistent service quality by following the company’s cleaning process, conducting final walkthroughs, communicating updates, and providing constructive feedback to team members.

What you'll do

• Clean assigned homes and offices
• float between assignments and provide coverage
• train new team members using the Spotless Cleaning System
• provide patient, constructive feedback
• follow the top-to-bottom, left-to-right process
• complete final walkthroughs
• maintain quality and consistency
• communicate updates or concerns to the office
• navigate between jobs using GPS
• log shift details in the company app
• manage keys and assignments
• relay client notes and feedback
• support team operations
• wash and maintain assigned towels.
