The Travel Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Davenport, IA, with opportunities to work at facilities across Iowa. Compensation is $42–$50 per hour. Legacy Healthcare’s internal travel team supports residents and nursing teams at facilities throughout the state. The nurse provides direct resident care and serves as the clinical leader for an assigned shift. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, monitoring and documenting resident conditions, supervising assigned nursing staff, communicating with physicians and families, and supporting admissions, transfers, wound care, and emergency response.
