What you'll do

• Perform routine painting, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC maintenance at the hotel, pool, and surrounding area
• report major repair needs
• respond to guest service requests and record completed rooms
• monitor equipment and utility meter readings
• maintain safety data files and supplies
• learn emergency procedures
• coordinate with the Front Desk and Chief Engineer.
