What you'll do

• Complete shift assignments
• review the 24-hour report with the previous shift’s charge nurse
• conduct room rounds
• ensure CNA documentation of activities of daily living and meal intake is completed
• complete assigned skin assessments and review shower sheets
• complete MDS and skilled charting, document changes in condition and new orders or treatments, submit incident reports, and log lab inquiries and results.
