What you'll do

• Manage billing-cycle days and work-in-progress metrics with direction from the Service Manager
• support technicians with work-order notes
• handle customer calls and create work orders
• follow up on equipment delays
• open, review, and close work orders
• post technician time and report service time to payroll
• answer service calls, engage customers, collect payments, maintain records, and update customer profiles.
