What you'll do

• Advise curriculum developers on Learning Support System capabilities
• coordinate with Tier 1 support
• produce multimedia course content and training materials
• establish student and instructor accounts and course shells
• recommend improvements to course distribution and content delivery
• develop instructional graphics, interfaces, animations, documentation, and media
• research new system features
• coordinate course development
• manage trouble-ticket coordination and system upgrades
• convert assessments for electronic delivery
• and generate student and assessment reports.
