What you'll do

• Guide guests through product and adventure choices
• support consistent guest experiences
• serve as a resource on products, local adventures, and Cotopaxi’s mission
• help open and close the store
• support inventory, merchandising, and back-of-house organization
• delegate tasks and manage priorities
• provide real-time feedback
• support new-hire onboarding.
