The role supports high-volume screening, accurate applicant tracking, and timely coordination across departments.

What you'll do

• Screen candidates for high-volume positions and review applicant information in the ATS
• cross-check employee status in technology platforms including Kronos
• serve as a candidate contact and advisor
• maintain candidate records and recruiting reports
• communicate recruitment progress with hiring managers
• troubleshoot service-level issues
• direct-hire candidates into assigned departments
• train hiring managers on ATS use and SOPs
• assist with candidate sourcing, job fairs, programs, community events, and recruiting calendars
• help train new coordinators.
