What you'll do

• Maintain files, records, and electronic and hard-copy filing systems
• coordinate staff schedules
• arrange and host video and audio interviews
• manage employee time records
• create and update documents using Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
• perform clerical tasks
• communicate and analyze work performance for customers
• support scheduling, training, recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding.
