What you'll do

• Coordinate daily property operations, leasing, and marketing
• oversee resident and tenant relations, safety, maintenance, inspections, and other operations
• monitor occupancy and rent collections
• maintain property files and compliance paperwork
• ensure compliance with housing laws and agency requirements
• assist with subsidy administration
• coordinate vendors and approve invoices
• develop and administer operating and capital budgets
• analyze financial statements
• supervise and evaluate staff as applicable.
