What you'll do

• Provide customer service throughout the loan or pawn process and make recommendations based on financial needs
• accept payments and manage customer appointments
• support performance standards through referrals, partnerships, and store or community events
• build customer relationships
• conduct vehicle appraisals
• maintain customer information in the point-of-sale system
• follow company policies and applicable laws
• maintain security protocols and complete opening and closing procedures, including vault, cash drawer, and deposits.
