What you'll do

• Represent clients in state and federal business and commercial litigation
• draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery materials, and memoranda
• conduct legal research
• manage written discovery
• assist with depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances
• support case strategy and risk assessment
• work with partners and clients
• communicate with opposing counsel, experts, and witnesses
• assist with trial and witness preparation
• and manage multiple cases and deadlines.
