What you'll do

• Run daily cycle counts and inventory control processes using partner resources
• investigate inventory discrepancies and report significant issues
• perform physical location checks and reconcile variances within a 24-hour SLA
• determine root causes and lead corrective efforts
• perform merchant-requested audits
• resolve inventory-related tickets within a two-hour SLA
• communicate operational updates
• present weekly performance reports
• follow food safety and compliance policies and maintain accurate product traceability records.
