What you'll do

• Prepare lease paperwork and legal documents
• support leasing sales and closing goals
• train and mentor leasing staff
• greet prospective residents and conduct tours
• maintain positive resident relations
• contribute to marketing
• respond to communications
• maintain reports and files
• process move-ins, move-outs, and security deposit reports
• route resident service requests to maintenance.
