PRM Quality Assurance Technician

What you'll do

• Complete documentation accurately and on time on Harvest and Fabrication floors
• conduct routine audits and daily pre-operational inspections
• verify compliance with USDA, HACCP, GMP, and company food-safety requirements
• collect samples and perform analytical testing
• calibrate and maintain testing and monitoring equipment
• maintain quality and food-safety records
• support employee training
• participate in audits and continuous-improvement initiatives.
