What you'll do

• Greet patients and answer questions or concerns with care and compassion
• help maintain the waiting area and assist with breaks when phlebotomists are unavailable
• explain scheduled procedures
• support check-ins using a kiosk or handheld tablet
• perform forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing according to established procedures
• complete daily activities accurately and on time
• maintain a safe, professional environment and required records.
